New Competitive Golfer Program

Competitive Player Development Program for Golfers Ages 12-17

New Competitive Golfer (NCG) is a specialized program for developing golfers aged 12-17 led by Reg Millage, CPGA, one of Canada’s top golf coaches for juniors. NCG is a comprehensive and systematic approach to training, skill improvement and personal development for young golfers who are interested in exploring competitive golf or who have recently made golf their top summer sport priority. Both young men and women are welcome to participate.

Maturing into a champion both on and off the course is an exciting challenge for aspiring young athletes and their families. It takes considerable commitment, support, feedback and training. A professional coaching influence combined with effective training and practice is paramount in this process. New Competitive Golfer is a holistic approach to developing and nurturing adolescents so that they will mature into the finest golfers and most outstanding people possible. This specialized program presents committed athletes with an opportunity to realize their goals in both sport and life.

NCG is athlete and parent driven in that the activities and the direction of the program are steered by the players and their parents/guardians. The program has been proven extremely successful. Participating athletes experience tremendous growth as young adults and have achieved many outstanding feats as competitive golfers. NCG prepares participants for life as student-athletes at the university level.
