Human Performance International helps people improve their performance. The company offers a wide range of training and development programs that will enhance your effectiveness and excellence in whatever you do. Our roster of clients includes leaders from the corporate world and professional sports teams.

Dana A. Sinclair, is a registered psychologist who holds doctorates from the University of Cambridge and the University of Ottawa. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia and is a partner in Human Performance International She is a friend and ally to Henry Brunton Golf and has helped many of our golfers.

Dr. Sinclair emphasizes a positive psychology approach in her extensive Personal Resource Consulting practice and focuses on the developmental and clinical aspects of personnel and organizational performance needs/problems in both the corporate and sport arenas. She specializes in the development and maintenance of consistent and effective performance through the application of Mental Management® techniques and works extensively in the areas of performance enhancement, worker motivation and injury recovery.

Dana is a consultant for many corporations and several sport franchises. Her sport client list includes the NBA's Vancouver Grizzlies and Seattle Supersonics, the NHL's Vancouver Canucks, Philadelphia Flyers and Toronto Maple Leafs, and a number of individual NHL and Major League Baseball athletes. In addition, she works with a number of Canadian National and Olympic teams.

An accomplished athlete herself, Dana is a former Captain of the Canadian National Women's Field Hockey Team, member of the Cambridge University Women's Ice Hockey Team and assistant field hockey coach at Miami University.
