Ng Edged Out in Playoff at Future Links

July 28th 2006 - After shooting 78 yesterday to tie for the lead, Kheed Ng was edged out on the second playoff hole at the CN Future Links Atlantic Championshipat Mill Run GC in PEI. His opponent, Jean Mainville sank a clutch twelve foot putt for birdie to take the win. It was a tough end for Kheed, who had a 5-shot lead heading into the final round. John Byles posted his third consecutive 78 to finish in fifth place. Jon Kim Moss shot 77 to tie for eighth. |
